About free ADAPT training

This free ADAPT preparation runs right in your browser, with nothing to install. Work through a few practice modules to learn the task types and the pace before you move on to the full preparation software.

ADAPT is a computer-based pilot aptitude test from Symbiotics. Airlines and cadet programmes use it to screen applicants on skills such as multitasking, spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.

This is independent practice built by ATC Preparation. It is not the official ADAPT test, and we are not affiliated with Symbiotics or any airline.
