Multi Pass Module Added to Our Preparation Software for FEAST!

Aviation news: Multi Pass Module Added to Our Preparation Software for FEAST!
We're excited to announce the addition of Multi Pass, a brand-new training module now available in our ATCO Europe SW (Preparation Software for FEAST).
We are proud to introduce Multi Pass, the newest addition to our ATCO Europe SW, the most comprehensive preparation software for FEAST available today.
About Multi Pass
Multi Pass brings a realistic air traffic management challenge to your preparation. You will coordinate multiple aircraft as they navigate through waypoints, handle flight strips under time pressure, and respond to audio callsign challenges, all happening simultaneously. The module is built to train your multitasking and divided attention abilities in a way that closely reflects the demands faced by real air traffic controllers.
How the Module Works
Before an aircraft appears on the radar, its flight strip is already visible in the 'New Flights' area, giving you a brief window to act. You need to drag each strip into the correct waypoint box (EN, OS, FN, FS, ES, ON) that matches where the aircraft is headed next. Once the aircraft reaches a waypoint, a fresh timer begins and you must reclassify the strip to the following waypoint box.
You also have control over aircraft routing and altitude. Clicking a waypoint on the strip lets you pick an alternative route, and clicking the flight level label allows you to adjust the aircraft's altitude. When an aircraft completes its route past the final waypoint, you hand it over by pressing the 'Hand Over' button on its strip. Collision avoidance is always your responsibility, so keep a close eye on converging paths.
At higher levels, audio callsign challenges are introduced. An example callsign is displayed on screen, and you must press CONFIRM whenever you hear that callsign in the audio sequence, all while continuing to manage the visual tasks.

Skills You Will Develop
  • Multitasking and managing divided attention across visual and audio channels
  • Organizing and prioritizing flight strips under time constraints
  • Recognizing audio callsigns while performing visual tasks
  • Making rapid decisions in a high-pressure environment
  • Understanding waypoint-based navigation and route planning
  • Detecting and preventing potential aircraft collisions
  • Strengthening working memory by tracking multiple aircraft at once
Progressive Difficulty Across Four Levels
The module starts gently and scales up. In the first level, traffic is light and you can focus on learning the waypoint system and strip mechanics. The second level increases aircraft volume and tightens the timing. Level three layers in audio callsign challenges, forcing you to split your attention. The fourth level brings everything together at maximum intensity, with dense traffic, audio tasks, and strict deadlines running in parallel.
How to Get the Most Out of It
  • Act on strips immediately when they appear, since the clock starts before the aircraft is even on the radar
  • Stay ahead by moving strips to the next waypoint box as soon as a waypoint is cleared
  • Experiment with alternative routes by clicking waypoints on the strip
  • Listen carefully when audio is active and watch for the example callsign on screen
  • Keep scanning for converging aircraft to catch collision risks early
  • Use the estimated arrival times shown on each strip to anticipate what comes next
With Multi Pass now part of our lineup of 14 training modules, the preparation platform for FEAST is more complete than ever. Whether you are just beginning your journey toward an ATC career or sharpening your skills ahead of the test, this module offers essential practice for the multitasking demands of air traffic control.
Try Multi Pass today and bring your preparation for FEAST to the next level!
