Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for our aviation training software and systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and maintaining our training platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with students, instructors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of our technical systems and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for aviation training software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist users with software installation and configuration
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with development team on bug fixes and improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Conduct user training sessions on software usage
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Experience with software troubleshooting and debugging
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Czech
- Customer service oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with aviation software or simulation systems
- Knowledge of networking and database systems
- Programming experience (Java, Python, or similar)
- Experience with remote support tools
- ITIL certification or similar
