The interview is conducted via Zoom video call with one of our certified examiners. After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a Zoom meeting link in your email. The session lasts 45 minutes and aims simulate real ATC English proficiency interviews.

All written tests are completed directly on our website at atcpreparation.com. After logging into your account, you'll find the tests in your dashboard. The platform is user-friendly and works on any device with an internet connection. You can take the tests at your own pace within the access period.
No special preparation is required for the interview session. The purpose is to assess your current English proficiency level in a realistic setting. Just be yourself, speak naturally, and treat it like a conversation.
You’ll need any device with a stable internet connection, microphone, and a working webcam. While a webcam is not required, it’s recommended for a more realistic experience. Please test your Zoom setup before the scheduled interview. Headphones are also recommended for better audio quality. Choose a quiet, well-lit location where you won’t be interrupted.
Rescheduling is unfortunately no longer possible. This change was made due to repeated misuse of the rescheduling option. If you are unable to attend your session, you may cancel your booking. However, a cancellation fee will apply as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Each written test takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. You don't have to finish all three tests in one sitting - you can complete them at your own pace. However, once you start a test, you should complete it in one session as the timer will continue running.
Written test results are provided immediately after you complete each test. You'll see your score and detailed feedback right on the platform. For the interview session, your examiner will provide verbal feedback at the end of the session, and a detailed written assessment will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
