Objective
Complete 15 questions, each containing 3 statements. For each question, allocate one statement to 'Most like me' and one to 'Least like me', leaving the third statement as 'Neutral'.
How It Works
This test evaluates your personality traits and behavioral patterns through a structured questionnaire. Step-by-step Instructions
- Read each question carefully - each question consists of a block of three statements
- Think about how well each statement describes you in a workplace context
- For each question, you must allocate one statement to 'Most like me' and one to 'Least like me'
- The remaining statement will automatically be 'Neutral'
- Click the 'Most like me' button for the statement that best describes you
- Click the 'Least like me' button for the statement that least describes you
- You can only select one statement for each category per question
- Once you've made both selections, click 'Submit Answer' to confirm
- After submitting, you'll see the correct answers and explanations
- You have a limited time to answer each question
